Sculpted panels, ready to install

The same hand-sculpted stone character as our in-place work - fabricated off-site on lightweight panels, delivered ready to mount. Faster install, less site disruption, same finished result.

The Process

Studio-crafted, site-installed

Our prefab panels are built in the studio on a lightweight, rigid substrate. We sculpt the surface the same way we would in place - relief base, mineral sculpting material, hand-worked in a wet, plastic state - then cure, seal, and prep the panel for delivery. Once on site, panels mount cleanly to the wall or armature, and the seams are hand-finished so the transitions disappear into the sculpted texture.

Because the artistic work happens in a controlled environment, the schedule on site is dramatically shorter. There's no plaster dust in the finished space, no wet material curing on the client's walls, and no waiting on drying times before other trades can continue. For commercial spaces, hospitality projects, and residences on tight timelines, prefab is often the right call.

Each panel is still one-of-a-kind - no two are cast from the same mold. We coordinate directly with the architect or contractor on panel sizes, mounting details, and seam layout so the sculpted surface reads as a continuous natural formation once installed.
